Prizes/Awards
Awards will be presented for Male and Female 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Enticer and Sprint distances for each age group.
General
All applicants must complete the online application form in full, pay the nominated fee and agree to the participant agreement before their entry is accepted. AusTriathlon has the right to refuse any entry to this event. Entry fees & registrations are non-transferable from one competitor to another. It is forbidden to participate in an event under another competitor’s registration.
Fees Incomplete entries or declined payment transactions may incur additional administrative fees.
AusTriathlon Members All AusTriathlon members must include their license numbers when registering or they will be charged the non-member fee. A valid AusTriathlon membership within the context of race entry is defined as the full athlete membership in either standard or premium tier. An individual that holds a non-racing membership such as social or basic is deemed a non-member as they do not hold a racing membership.
Method of Entry Race entry is via secure online registration only. Faxed, phone or email entries will not be accepted.
Late Entry: In the event that entries reach our venue capacity, the event will be listed as SOLD OUT and no late entry will be possible. In the event that entries do not sell out, late entry may be available on the day with the applicable late entry fee.
Closing Dates Online entry closes at Midnight on Wednesday the week of the event.
Refunds Requests / Cancellation Fees /Transfer Requests: All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after 5pm two weeks prior to each race weekend. Withdrawals from the event prior to two weeks from the event will be refunded the full entry fee, minus a $20 administration fee. All refund requests are to be made via email

Cancellation Policy The organisers reserve the right to alter the advertised course, to postpone, reschedule or cancel the event if conditions warrant it or otherwise at the organisers sole discretion, including for the following reasons: if natural or man-made emergencies make administering the event unreasonable due to adverse weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason that may affect the safety of participants, organisers and spectators (at the organisers sole discretion). In the event of a cancellation, AusTriathlon/NX Sports will credit entry to another race, or in the event this is not possible, will discuss options with the entrant.
Awards One thing our sport produces is a lot of awards, and through this, there is a high potential for waste. Everyone is busy and we understand some cannot stay for presentations, however anyone that wins an award but cannot stay for presentations can pick up their medal at the next race.
